Spark! School of Performing Arts is excited to invite passionate and dedicated educators to join our team for the upcoming academic year. We are looking for a talented Performing Arts/Music Teacher who can inspire and nurture students' musical talents across various age groups and learning styles.

Position: Performing Arts/Music Teacher
Academic Year: 2024-2025
Start Date: End of August 2024

Salary Range: $44,400 - $52,000

Closing Date: July 07, 2024

Key Responsibilities:

-Teach general music to students of diverse ages and learning styles in large and small groups within an elementary music setting.
-Develop, plan, prepare, and implement engaging music course content.

Requirements:

-Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience and a degree in a relevant field.
-An internationally recognized teaching qualification is required.
-Preferred experience in elementary general music (Pre-K through Grade 5) within an American curriculum framework.
- Additional certifications such as Orff, Kodály, or Dalcroze are highly desirable.
-Choral background with a proficiency in piano is preferred. Proficiency in other instruments would be a plus.
-Creative and innovative instructional methods.
-High expectations for student learning and achievement.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-An engaging personality capable of supporting students from diverse backgrounds.
