Group Classes
Dress code for all classes:
​
Group classes will be very physical. Please ensure your child is dressed appropriately for each session – comfortable, loose clothing is best (t-shirt, leggings/tracksuit bottoms, etc). We will be working in bare feet.
Long hair should be tied back and no jewelry should be worn.
​
Please ensure you/your child brings a bottle of water to each session.
No food or drinks (other than water) are allowed in the studio.

Tuesday:
3:45 pm - 4:30 pm
(EMBERS: 6 & 7 year olds)
